Interventions
Over 15,000 miniature ceramic figures created by Lawrence Epps were placed across London, Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent over two nights by the Sykey Art Collective for the public to encounter, enjoy and remove. These large scale participatory artworks were created as part of the British Ceramics Biennial in 2011 and FutureEverything in 2012.
Below are some images of the artwork and responses. You can also find a larger selection of responses from people in Hanley, Iceland, Manchester, Scotland, London, New York, Switzerland and beyond over at the Sykey website and at the FutureEverything microsite.
